Motiv Creative Labs is a software research and development studio headquartered in Victoria, BC. We help startups, small businesses, and agencies punch above their weight by building custom digital products, including websites, apps, and AI-powered systems, that enable small teams to work smarter and ship more with less.
We’ve worked on projects such as AI workflows for a government-focused IT and cybersecurity services firm, AI-powered data analysis systems for a healthcare research organization, internal software tools for small businesses, and high-performance websites for companies across Canada. Each project is tailored to the client’s specific problem.
Our team brings years of combined senior experience from Apple, Google, BCG, and Feedzai, with computer science degrees from Stanford and UBC.
